Workshop Cancellation Policy

Cancellation due to Covid: You are entitled to a full refund. You must show medical evidence, which consists of a positive PCR test (done 10 days before or 5 days after the start of the workshop); or positive PCR test from a family member with whom you live; or medical letter; or letter from work indicating that a person in your work environment tested positive for Covid within the period of 10 days prior to the workshop.

Cancellation before 30 days of the workshop : You are entitled to a full refund. (If the workshop starts on the 15th, payment is refundable until the 14th of the previous month). There is no refund after the 30 day period.

Cancellation before a period of one week before the workshop: You are entitled to a credit usable for another workshop or subsequent class.

Cancellation less than a week before the start of the workshop : Payment can be transferred to a later workshop, with a penalty of $100 for administrative expenses.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the workshop or without prior notice: You do not have the right to a refund or replacement.

If Puerto Rico Massage & Bodywork Institute is forced to cancel a class or workshop, the professional could choose to receive a full refund in the form of a check or to receive a credit for another future date of the same workshop or another workshop. later it is available.
